Second career Pro Title for Karman Kaur Thandi

Karman Kaur Thandi mastered a well-deserved victory over the world no 3 junior Sofia Costoulas of Belgium in the final of The Tennis Project, ITF $25k Women’s Tennis Tournament on Saturday 25^th June 2022 in Gurgaon.

After being 2-4 down in the first set, Karman bounced back fabulously and sealed the first set 6-4. But in the second set, the Belgian girl Sofia showed her tenacity and eventually made it equal for herself, when she beats Karman 2-6. In the third and conclusive set, the 24 years old Indian girl was just perfect with her shots and serve and she took herself over the finishing line quite comfortably.

This is the 2^nd Career Pro Title of Karman Kaur Thandi after ITF $25k Hong Kong in 2018.
