Adil Kalyanpur aka A-Kal makes Hindi remake of ‘Mask On’ for COVID-19 awareness

Tennis player Adil Kalyanpur, who also goes by his stage name A-Kal, has recently launched a Hindi rap song to spread awareness about the need of the hour – to wear a mask in public.

Titled ‘Mask Lagalo’, the song is part of the #MaskOnMovement by the multi-talented Kalyanpur and is a remake of his popular rap song ‘Mask On’.

‘Mask On’ was shared by 20-year-old Kalyanpur on YouTube on 28 June 2020 and since then it has been well received by the netizens on YouTube as well as Social Media. The video has gained over 24 thousand views on YouTube. 

Kalyanpur, who is world no 624 currently in Doubles, writes on his YouTube channel, “A simple mask can reduce the spread of viruses. Why do we humans make the decision to wear it so complicated?”

“The Hindi version is released to remind us that if we wear masks, we can free ourselves from the COVID pandemic,” added the 6’ 2” tall tennis player and rapper.
