Nishant Dabas and Aryaan Bhatia reach singles quarterfinals

Nishant Dabas continued with his good run and beat the fourth seed Huang Haoyuan of China 6-1, 7-6(2) in the boys pre-quarterfinals of the ITF grade-2 junior tennis tournament at the DLTA Complex on Wednesday.

In the quarterfinals, Nishant, who had beaten a Korean in the first round, will play eighth seed Orel Kimhi of Israel.

Aryaan Bhatia was the other Indian player to make the quarterfinals, as he beat qualifier Clement Mainguy 6-3, 6-3. He will play the seventh seed Dong Bohua of China.
