Qamar brothers make semifinals in AITA men's tennis

Fardeen Qamar beat top seed Yugal Bansal 6-2, 6-3 in the quarterfinals of the AITA men’s ranking tennis tournament at the Pradhan Tennis Academy in Sector-103 on Thursday.

Fardeen’s brother, second seed Faisal Qamar beat seventh seed Hardeep Singh Sandhu 7-6(7), 6-3 in another quarterfinal encounter.

In the semifinals, Fardeen will play Amit Beniwal while Faisal will be challenged by qualifier Ashutosh Tiwari.
