Rohan Mehra beats Neeraj Yashpaul in quarterfinals of AITA men's tennis

Rohan Mehra beat Neeraj Yashpaul 6-4, 6-4 in the quarterfinals of the Rs.100,000 AITA ranking tennis tournament, organised by VAN Sports Club in Balliawas on Wednesday.

Paras Dahiya, Neeraj Elangovan and Shubham Malhotra secured the other semifinal spots.

The results:

Singles (quarterfinals): Paras Dahiya bt Parth Agarwal 6-0, 6-3; Neeraj Elangovan bt Ritik Rana 6-1, 6-1; Shubham Malhotra bt Venkat Bhaskar 6-3, 6-2; Rohan Mehra bt Neeraj Yashpaul 6-4, 6-4.

Doubles (semifinals): Kavin Masilamani & Lohith Bathrinath bt Krishang & Vijayant Malik 6-3, 6-3; Shubham Malhotra & Rhythm Malhotra bt Parav Dev Garg & Deepinder Singh Bains 7-6(5), 6-1.
