Renne Singla meets Sanjana Sirimalla in final of National sub-junior tennis
Renne Singla, a trainee of coach Vinod Kumar at the Tennis First Academy in the Capital, reached the girls final and won the doubles title with Vaishnavi Adkar of Maharashtra in the Yonex Sunrise National under-16 tennis championhip at the Cricket Club of India (CCI) courts in Mumbai on Friday.
The seventh seeded Renne outplayed Naisha Srivastava 6-1, 6-3 to set up a title clash against top seed Sanjana Sirimalla who was equally firm in her victory over Pari Singh.
The boys final will be between Krishan Hooda and Dhruv Tangri. Nikhil Niranjan and Denim Yadav combined to win the doubles title.

Boys (semifinals): 5-Krishan Hooda (CH) bt 2-Chirag Duhan (HR) 2-6, 6-4, 6-1; 4-Dhruv Tangri (PB) bt Karan Singh (HR) 6-4, 7-5.
Doubles (final): Nikhil Niranjan (KA) & Denim Yadav (MP) bt Ajay Singh (CH) & Krishan Hooda (CH) 6-3, 6-4.
Girls (semifinals): 1-Sanjana Sirimalla (TS) bt 8- Pari Singh 6-1, 6-1; 7-Renne Singla (HR) bt Naisha Srivastava (KA) 6-1, 6-3.
Doubles (final): 4-Renne Singla (HR) & Vaishnavi Adkar (MH) bt 1-Rutuja Chaphalkar & Hrudaya Shah (MH) 3-6, 6-3, 11-9.
