Siddharth Rawat in final in Gondwana Cup final

National champion Siddharth Rawat cruised past Faisal Qamar 6-1, 6-3 into the final of the Rs.10,00,000 Gondwana Cup AITA ranking men’s tennis tournament on Thursday.

In the final, Siddharth will play Jayesh Pungliya who got past former national champion Mohit Mayur.

Singles (semifinals): Siddharth Vishwakarma bt Faisal Qamar 6-1, 6-3; Jayesh Pungliya bt Mohit Mayur 5-3 (retired).

Doubles (semifinals): Sahil Gaware & Mohit Mayur bt Armaan Bhatia & Ishaque Eqbal 7-5, 6-2; Parikshit Somani & Yash Yadav bt Faisal Qamar & Fardeen Qamar 4-6, 6-1, 10-8.
