Vishnu Vardhan finishes runner-up in Busan Challenger
Vishnu Vardhan in partnership with Toshihide Matsui of Japan was beaten in the doubles final by the top seeds Cheng-Peng Hsieh and Christopher Rungkat in the $162,480 Challenger in Busan, Korea, on Sunday.
The champion team collected 125 ATP points and $9,300. Vishnu and partner had to settle for 75 points and $5,400.
Meanwhile, the fine run of Muthu Aadhitiya Senthilkumar came to an end in the semifinals of the $15,000 ITF men’s Futures tournament in Uganda, at the hands of Simon Carr of Ireland. In the doubles final, Kunal and Prajwal Dev were beaten by Guy Orly Iradukunda and Ismael Changawar Ruwa Mzai.
