Vansh Nandal sneaks into semifinals in AITA super series tennis
Top seed Vansh Nandal was pushed to his wit’s end by Vitin Rathee before he prevailed 6-2, 2-6, 7-6(6) in the under-14 boys quarterfinals of the AITA Super series junior tennis tournament organised by Chamunda Tennis Academy on Wednesday.
In the girls under-14 event, top seed Chandni Srinivasan cruised to a 6-2, 6-0 victory over Ana Varshney. Riya Sachdeva, Sanjana Devineni and Samiksha Dabas made it to the semifinals of both the under-14 and under-12 events.
