Sriram balaji and Vishnu vardhan in quarterfinals in Tashkent
Top seeds Sriram Balaji and Vishnu Vardhan bat Uladzimir Ignatik of Belarus and Kamil Majchrzak of Poland 2-6, 6-3, 10-3 in the doubles pre-quarterfinals of the $75,000 Challenger tennis tournament in Uzbekistan on Tuesday.
In another Challenger in Italy, Purav Raja in partnership with Antonio Sancic of Croatia made the doubles quarterfinals.
In the ITF men’s Futures in Thailand, Karunuday Singh beat the seventh seed Maciej Smola of Poland 6-1, 6-4, He was joined by second seed Manish Sureshkumar in the pre-quarterfinals.

Qualifier Jennifer Luikham missed a bunch of chances after saving four match points from being down 3-5 in the second set to force the decider in which she led 3-0. Jennifer had lost her way from 5-3 in the first set, as she was eventually beaten 7-6(4), 5-7, 6-4 by Chiraz Bechri of Tunisia.
