Purav Raja and Ramkumar Ramanathan win the doubles title
The top seeded Purav Raja and Ramkumar Ramanathan beat Arjun Kadhe and Saketh Myneni 7-6(3), 6-3 in the doubles final of the $54,160 KPIT Challenger tennis tournament at the Balewadi Tennis Complex, Pune, on Sunday.
The second successive doubles title fetched $3,100 and 80 ATP points for the champion team. The runners-up collected $1,800 and 48 points.
James Duckworth returned to the top-100 by winning the singles title as he beat Jay Clarke of Britain 4-6, 6-4, 6-4.
The singles champion won 80 ATP points and $7,200. The runners-up collected 48 points and $4,240.
The Managing Director of KPIT, Kishor Patil, presented the trophies.
