Jatin Dahiya in quarterfinals

Third seed Jatin Dahiya had to sweat it out for a 6-3, 4-6, 7-6(5) victory against Abhishek Gaur in the pre-quarterfinals of the Rs.100,000 AITA men’s ranking tennis tournament at the CLTA Complex on Wednesday.

In the quarterfinals, Jatin will face Hardeep Singh Sandhu who beat qualifier Shashank Teertha 7-5, 7-6(1).

The other top five seeds, VM Ranjeet, Dalwinder Singh, Suraj Prabodh and Faisal Qamar were joined by Calvin Golmei and Armaan Bhatia in the quarterfinals.
