Divij Sharan and Marcelo Demoliner qualify for Halle ATP tennis

Divij Sharan in partnership with Marcelo Demoliner of Brazil grabbed the lone qualifier spot for the doubles in the €2,219,150 ATP-500 tennis tournament in Halle, Germany.

The Indo-Brazilian pair will play Oliver Marach and Jurgen Melzer of Austria in the pre-quarterfinals.

In the other ATP-500 event on grass in London, Prajnesh Gunneswaran was beaten in straight sets in the first qualifying round by James Ward of Britain.
