Validity will commence w.e.f. 1st January of the year of application till 31st December of the 2nd Year

1. If the birth certificate has been issued within 1 year of the birth of the child, then two documents required for registration are:-
a. Birth Certificate and
b. School BONA-FIDE Certificate/passport copy
2. If there is a delay beyond 1 year, the following additional documents are required to be submitted:-
(a) Date of birth certificate /documents attested and verified by Area Magistrate/ SDM /DM
(b) Hospital discharge certificate at the time of birth
(c) Immunization record from infancy
(d) School certificates / Report Cards from Nursery / KG for the first school attended.
(e) Explanation letter from parents about the delay in getting the Registration Certificate.
(f) In case the child/parent does not submit any of the above-mentioned documents then they can submit the DOB certified by the court.
